This coffee is sourced from the Chunchucas River Valley in the forested mountains. We love this coffee for a couple reasons. The first, its clarity and complexity in the cup. second, the story at the farm. This coffee was produced by 13 producers. We like to highlight and feature coffees that represent a small amount of producers and this coffee is no exception. Each of the producers of this coffee own 2-3 acres of farming land used for cultivating coffee. Thank you Segundo Gregerio Romero Santos, Aladino Delgado Perez, Gabriel Wilfredo Delgado Perez, Idelso Davila Arias, Gloria Yanet Orrego Guevara, Humberto Burga Quispe, Gregario Delgado Perez, Domingo Perez Fernandez, Everildes Silva Alarcon, Naymes Perez Fernandez, Jose Luis Delgado Burga, Orlando Troyes Vargas, and Adan Cabrera Fernandez.
In the cup we are tasting candied lemon and deep chocolate notes.
