This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from the Kata Muduga co-op located in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, which is home to the Hambela coffee we carried in 2016. We have come to love the complex, sweet coffees that have come from this region and this coffee is on par with all of those! In the cups expect notes of papaya throughout. We are also tasting some orange citrus acidity with a honey sweetness that lingers long after you're done! We highly recommend this coffee on filter.
